  Staff is friendly, and I think genuinely care for the animals.. but I feel there is a lot of up selling and pressure from corporate to push services and products that are not necessary. I've been with banfield for 10 years (In TN).. I'm seriously thinking of dropping them... They are turning into a combo of a used car dealership mix with walmart.
