He does not care how much you spend on repair, in stead he orders everything only to make his job easy. The other mechanical is pretty nice, but he is the one normally only working.
The rough dude does not really know much about cars, and often times what he is talking about does not make any sense. If you know something about cars, you definitely can tell.
The quality is about average or below and it is very hard to deal with the rough one.
