  My family has been going to Ketterman’s for the past 20+ years. I can not say enough about how wonderful of a store it is. There staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend them for jewelry and jewelry repairs. They have been great and I will continue to shop there for many more years to come.

  I make a point to stop at Kettermans at least once each year when I come back to Virginia to visit my Mom and my old hometown. We purchased my wedding band from them and I get it and my engagement ring expertly inspected and cleaned. While I wait, I treat myself to another piece of Brighton's wares. This year I had the privilege of working with Marilyn and she helped me with a beautiful necklace and a lovely cross-body bag that my husband will be giving me for Christmas. Always the best in service and the utmost in quality of beautiful items.
