  Don’t bother booking online. It doesn’t work, so you come in and are told “yeah, we didn’t get that booking”. Ok, it happens. So, you are told to wait for 20 minutes, you wait for 40. You want to leave but as you know from a famous Seinfeld episode, as soon as you leave, they call you. Next time I book online, which I am sure I stupidly will- print the confirmation page or at least take a pic of it.
  
  Review updated: The haircut my son received is great. But, the online booking thing may need some tweaking. So 2 stars for booking, 5 stars for hair, giving 4 stars overall. I do appreciate the owner reaching out as well. But, no gift card is necessary. We will be back, and will try online booking again, but will do as what I suggested - take a pic of the confirmation page.
