  I have been taking weekly yoga classes with Brittney since last June. I had very little experience and right away she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have learned a lot about myself and my body through Brittney. She truly teaches to all levels and makes sure to challenge me in every class. Brittney makes sure to tell you how each pose is helping and affecting your body, which I love. She also starts each class with an intention, which helps to guide your focus and keep your mind present. Her calming voice and teaching style make you feel at ease, while her class leaves you feeling strong. Brittney and her yoga classes have had such a positive impact on my life that I try to follow her wherever she teaches.
