  Do not recommend. Dr D's bio on the Leesburg Sterling Family Practice is impressive, but her bedside manner is sorely lacking. She did not take pain issues that I had seriously. Additionally, her treatment of simple, routine medical issues is subpar. I switched doctors and found out that the thyroid blood test numbers she said were normal were actually quite off. The new physician upped my synthroid dosage, and I had no idea how lousy I had been feeling. Felt so much better!!
